Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns simple.
Return Window:
You can return items within 30 days of your order delivery.
Return Fee (U.S. Orders):
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all U.S. returns.
Return & Exchange Policy
Discounted Items:
• Products purchased at 50% off or more – eligible for exchange or store
credit only.
• Products purchased at 60% off or more or marked Final Sale – not
eligible for return or exchange.
Condition Requirements:
• Items must have original tags and packaging, and must not be worn,
washed, or altered.
• We reserve the right to refuse items that appear worn or damaged.
Refunds:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• We cannot process refunds for returns without the necessary return
documents provided by us.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed once per order.
• If an exchanged item is returned, it will only be eligible for store credit.
• Exchanges are shipped after your original item has been received and processed.
• For a faster exchange, start a return on your original order and place a
new order instead.
