Terms + Conditions

These terms and conditions apply for all sales of goods and services from www.swims.com to consumers. The sales terms and conditions, together with your order and order confirmation, comprise the entire agreement for the purchase.


We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). 


All U.S. orders are automatically shipped with Fedex Ground (deliver within 1-5 business days), and all Canadian Orders are with UPS Express (deliver within 1-3 business days). All U.S. Orders placed by 12 p.m. EST Monday through Friday qualify for Same Day Shipping.

Any U.S. orders placed after noon (EST) will not be processed for shipping until next business day.


Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in USD and the customer will be debited in that currency. Be aware that you may be liable to pay customs and sales tax as a customer importing the good(s) to the US and Canada. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that possible customs or import duty charges will not be refunded, should you wish to return your order. For current duty rates, contact your local customs office before you order, or check dutycalculator.com. The total cost of the purchase will be displayed before order completion and includes all costs associated with your purchase at swims.com.


Information Provided by our Website
We do our best to give our customers the most correct information as possible on our website and about our products. However, we reserve our rights against errors which may arise and which may result in our inability to deliver in accordance with the information given at swims.com, in our marketing or in any other way. We reserve our rights to withdraw products from our website, change the website and its contents.


Delivery and Delay
We retain the risk for the products until you have the products in your possession. If delivery of the products is delayed, you will be informed as soon as we are aware of the situation, and advised as to whether delivery can be made and when, or whether the product(s) are sold out. Depending on the type of product and the length of the delay, you may according to the circumstance cancel the agreement.


Inspection of the Products
Once you have received your order, you should check that the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged in transportation or if the products otherwise have any defects or missing parts.


SWIMS aims to describe the products at swims.com as correctly as possible. However, kindly note that computer color settings may differ, which may cause the images of the products at swims.com to show colors that may differ from their actual colors. SWIMS will not be held responsible for any such discrepancy.


Warranty Claim
If the products have defects or items are missing, you may according to the circumstances require a re-delivery, a refund or that the agreement be cancelled. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession. You may report to us defects in the products in writing. You have a two-week claim deadline. This claim can be made to contactus@swims.com; please include your order reference number in the subject line. We will confirm the receipt of all claims in writing. We will also confirm the receipt of all goods returned to us, in writing.


In accordance with the consumer purchasing law, you have the right to cancel your order provided you have given us notice within our claim deadline. The claim deadline is two weeks from the time you took possession of the goods.


Right of Return
You may return any products you have ordered from swims.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery, free of charge. All goods returned for refund must be returned with original packaging intact, and in pristine condition (no marks, scuffs, stains, rips or tears).
You will not be refunded the original amount you may have paid for shipping.


Inspection of the Products
Once you have received your order, you should, as soon as you can, check that the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged in transportation or if the products otherwise have any defects or missing parts. In addition, if the products were loafers, we advise testing the shoes on a clean surface to confirm satisfactory performance and size accuracy.

We only use personal information as provided to us by you which is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations to you. Information will not be given to a third party or used for other purposes without your permission.


Consumer purchases are governed by local Law. You must be 18 years of age to shop at swims.com.
